- 4 cups uncooked brown rice
- 2 pounds BtB Asian Chicken-free Chunks
- 4 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 cups chunky salsa
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, cook BtB Asian chicken-free chunks in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Stir in the salsa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with brown rice.
Yield: 8 servings.
