- 1 pound BtB Pulled Pork
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 jar (16 ounces) mango salsa
- 12 whole wheat dinner rolls, split
Cook BtB Pulled Pork … and garlic in a skillet with oil until lightly browned. Add can of pineapple, orange juice and lemon-pepper seasoning. Simmer on low for 15 minutes with a lid. Stir in salsa; heat through. Drain. Serve on rolls.
Yield: 6 servings.
