A little sweet and a little savory on a little bun. Your tastebuds are going to be screaming for joy and more after you take your first bite of this plant-based slider.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound BtB Pulled Pork
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) mango salsa
  • 12 whole wheat dinner rolls, split

DIRECTIONS

Cook BtB Pulled Pork  and garlic in a skillet with oil until lightly browned. Add can of pineapple, orange juice and lemon-pepper seasoning. Simmer on low for 15 minutes with a lid. Stir in salsa; heat through. Drain. Serve on rolls.

Yield: 6 servings.
