4 cups uncooked brown rice
2 pounds UNCUT Asian Chicken Chunks
4 teaspoons canola oil
2 cups chunky salsa
3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, cook UNCUT Asian chicken-free chunks in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

Stir in the salsa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with brown rice.
